Step into Southern Idaho’s most iconic award winning outdoor haunt. The Haunted Swamp is a 1 mile-long trek through real swamp terrain — winding over rivers and bridges, through fields, trees, narrow tunnels, and strobe-lit hallways. 60–75 live actors bring the swamp to life with ghosts, goblins, zombies, and movie-quality props lurking around every turn.
Now celebrating its 18th year, The Haunted Swamp blends big scares with family-friendly fun. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting wet or dirty. For safety, no photos inside, and actors won’t touch you — please don’t touch them or the props.
Come for the thrills. Stay for the screams. Leave with the stories and memories.

The actors very in lots of ages and they are working so hard and doing so good in trying to get the best scares. 1 miles walk outdoor being scared the whole times is so so much fun!!

It was a amazing time actors stayed in character even when people tried to break them they all did amazing to scare and got many scars out of us good job and keep going with the good work!

The haunted swamp is our go to Halloween event! We travel every year from salmon, Idaho and absolutely love it! It’s definitely worth the trip!

We have been attending the Haunted Swamp for years now, 15ish. This year you expect to find new scares, new items along with the highlights from previous years. All around fun time that made the night go by fast. The 1 mile walk around the swamp takes about 1 hour to get through after you start the haunt. So much fun for an evening. My favorite part was the safety briefing. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into the video. Very realistic and made one of the kids in our group cry. Loved it. And so did the little kid after it was over.

This will be our 3rd time through tonight..we are all so excited. It is worth every penny to get to walk through the swamp..actors are awesome…we have had to wait in line every time…and enjoy every minute of it. Everyone is all excited around us..which makes it all the better. This may be my last year through the tunnel..at 76 I’m still looking forward to it.
