This hotel has a restaurant on its ground floor that is also believed to be haunted. Room #6 at the hotel has had a number of reports of ghostly children laughing and playing, only to vanish out of nowhere. The blinds in this room are also known to go up and down on their own, and eerie noises have been heard, such as footsteps and screams. Various other rooms throughout the hotel have reports as well, including the sound of a piano being played and a woman singing. A woman's apparition has also been spotted, with lonk dark hair, wandering the halls. There have been rumors that people have committed suicide in the building, which may be attached to some of the hauntings.

Back around 2004 my aunt and uncle owned the restraunt and hotel & the apartments that are witching the building . I have personally seen two children the vannished . The lady in red dress , blinds moving on their own , the piano would play o its own . And everytime you’d walk through the front door breeze way you’d get a chill down your spine . Even if it was a hot day it was chilly right there . The aprtments had an Earie feeling .
Also I believe the building is shut down and made

The landmark is named simply the Nezperce Hotel restaurant and bar now. My wife is a bartender there and often closes late at night. She is convinced she has heard and seen things.

I lived here. This is only partially true. There are no children. The woman however is very true. She's nothing to be afraid of. She loves children but not a fan of cats. She used to sing my brother and I asleep.
