It is absolutely haunted. Did a few piano and dance recitals there in the 70s and 80s and when things were completely quiet, would hear children laughing and running in the attic that had been shut off for years. We locals still believe one of the people missing from the stories in the 80s is SOMEWHERE in that building.

This building has been condemned. I requested to do an investigation and was informed that you can no longer go into the building at all by the city and they have sealed it up. Real bummer I was hoping to check this place out.

around three o'clock in the morning when delivering newspapers near the civic theatre I saw a shadow figure walk IN front of the stop sign at the corner of the theatre in the car lights when there was absolutely no body around the shadow figure was a man wearing a hat
