What's new at Psycho Circus at Cimarron for 2026? Do you have any new rides, attractions, or special features that Haunt Seekers should know about?
This year Psycho Circus at Cimarron has added a couple new things, however we are most excited about our 3D blacklight maze.
What are you most excited about for the 2026 Halloween Season?
For the first time in our 7 years of Haunting the treasure valley we are excited to present a 3D blacklight maze. We hope our community enjoys it as much as we have enjoyed creating it.
What differentiates Psycho Circus at Cimarron from other local haunts in Idaho?
We are the only free haunt in Boise with live actors open 4 nights in 2026.
How long has Psycho Circus at Cimarron been in business? Can you tell us a bit more about Psycho Circus at Cimarron's history?
Psycho Circus at Cimarron Is now its 7th year of Haunting. This haunt began in 2020 during the pandemic. The owner is in the event industry which was completely shut down during this time. With nothing much to do she decided to build a home haunt. The haunt served two purposes, to give her a creative outlet as well as to offer her community a little fun in such a dark time. The haunt was such a hit that year and has gotten bigger and better every year since.
What's your favorite experience since opening Psycho Circus at Cimarron?
My personal favorite experience(s) are having my community come by once we start building every year and see their faces light up with excitment in anticipation for what is in store that year.
How long is a typical haunt experience at Psycho Circus at Cimarron from start to finish?
Our haunt on average takes about +/- 10 mins to walk through.
On a scale from 1 to 10, how scary would you say Psycho Circus at Cimarron is? Why?
Well, after having more than one guest wet themselves in our 3 year we decided to have a chicken hour just to make sure anyone, young or old, fearless or fearful can enjoy our attraction.
Does Psycho Circus at Cimarron's property have any real haunted history? Do you have a spooky encounter you'd like to share?
Unfortunately I do not believe it does.
Can Psycho Circus at Cimarron accommodate large groups? How many people can experience Psycho Circus at Cimarron together as a group?
Psycho Circus limits each group to a max of 4 people going through together. Our haunt starts off with a short but very disorienting ride In a "box" which can only fit 4 people. This also helps with making sure every guest gets the best scares to fully experience all our haunt has to offer.
