This theatre has some ghost stories surrounding it, but reports say that the most accurate version includes two young women who had been visiting or passing the theatre in the 1980's. It was said that the two women and a man that worked at the theatre all vanished on the same night. It was believed that whatever happened to them took plae near the theatre, although the women's bodies were found elsewhere, and the man's body was never found. Police believed another man who worked at the theatre was responsible for the disappearances but were unable to ever prove of this. This event has led many to believe the theatre is haunted, with reports of one young girl lingering in spirit, to dozens. This story could all be urban legend, but either way, it seems pretty eerie to us!

  • No longer able to do Investigations

    This building has been condemned. I requested to do an investigation and was informed that you can no longer go into the building at all by the city and they have sealed it up. Real bummer I was hoping to check this place out.

  • stop sign spirit

    around three o'clock in the morning when delivering newspapers near the civic theatre I saw a shadow figure walk IN front of the stop sign at the corner of the theatre in the car lights when there was absolutely no body around the shadow figure was a man wearing a hat
